Refund and Returns Policy

At Supriya Creations, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering quality products and services. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below before placing your order.
1. Returns
We accept refund and returns policy within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at rahalax406@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products
Digital products (downloads, templates, etc.)
Sale or discounted items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund and returns to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@supriyacreations.com within 3 days of receiving the item and include a photo of the issue.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
6. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with a digital download, please contact us—we’ll be happy to assist you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After this period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as processing may already be underway.
